Ridgepoint: Office to Industrial

A unique solve in a post-COVID world: to demolish existing, unused office space to make room for industrial space.

Ridgepoint Logistics Center is an under-construction industrial site in Irving, TX. In order to stand out in the market and gain leasing interest, I created a unique identity for the property, after my team and I decided that we should lean into the name Ridgepoint: an outdoor, rugged feel.

Once branding was established, we planned, designed, and executed a ground breaking event in the summer of 2026. Capitalizing on our outdoor look and feel of the brand, we decided the theme of the event would be camping: something different than any other event happening on the market in order to keep the property top-of-mind.
